Policy on shipping errors:
If you should find that what you received was not what you ordered, simply send an email to taylor@charliesoap.com
with "incorrect shipment" in the Subject line, or call Taylor at 800-854-3541. Then let me know your order number or your full name, your full shipping address, what you were supposed to receive and what you did receive. We'll act on it immediately, and send out the correct items.
Policy on lost or broken shipments:
All orders in the contiguous US should arrive within 5-7 business days. If your order turns up lost or broken, simply send an email to taylor@charliesoap.com with "lost/broken order" in the Subject line or call Taylor at 800-854-3541. Then let me know your order number or your full name, and your full shipping address. We'll act on it immediately, and send your replacement right out.
