Q: What is the minimum order?
A: To maintain wholesale (or better) pricing, a minimum average order of one (1) case per month must be maintained. There will be a short (4 months) warm-up period, during which this minimum is waived.
Q: Do vendors have to pay shipping costs?
A: Yes. Businesses are responsible for all shipping costs. There is no default threshold for ordering past which shipping is free. If a business wishes to be quoted "FOB destination", that can be arranged. Unless shipping is calculated into the price, there is no allowance for free shipping with larger orders. It is possible that with larger orders, shipping per unit could be reduced.
Q: Is the shipping calculated on the vendor order website?
A: Yes. Shipping calculations can get very complicated due to varying sizes and weights of our boxes. But shipping for business orders is estimated at the time of order. Actual shipping charges may vary.
Q: Does Charlie's Soap offer drop shipping?
A: Yes, Charlie's Soap offers drop shipping direct to a business' customers. There is a small imbedded fee for this service. The shipping per item gets noticeably cheaper the more items that are in the same box. It may be to your advantage as a drop-shipping reseller to set minimums on such orders. Consider our pre-made combos to keep your shipping costs low.
Q: What should a retail store sell Charlie's Soap for?
A: MSRP and MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) is listed on the product description of every product available in the shopping cart. A consolidated list of these prices is available upon request.

Q: When will I receive an invoice?
A: You will receive an invoice in the box with your order, as well as via email (the same email you used in setting up your account). If your terms are "credit card", your invoice will reflect a zero balance due. If you are on terms, your invoice will reflect the amount due for that invoice as well as your total account balance at the time the invoice was printed. Invoices are emailed the day after processing. Orders drop shipped directly to customers will contain a packing slip only and no invoice.
Q: How do orders ship, when do they ship, and when will they arrive?
A: Orders are usually shipped FedEx ground. Please allow 2 to 14 days for the order to be placed on a truck for delivery (this is to allow for occasional back-order). Arrival time will depend upon the receiver's proximity to Mayodan, NC and is usually within 5 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and territories will ship via US Mail. Extra charges may apply. You can request expedited shipping for an additional $10 (subject to time constraints). Expedited shipping means your order jumps to the front of the shipping line the day we get the expedite request. We can also ship LTL or truckload should the need arise.

Q: Does Charlie's Soap ship overseas?
A: Yes. We can ship to all military bases overseas with domestic shipping rates using the USPS. We can ship to most other countries; extra charges may apply. We cannot ship to Canada and Korea. We have agreements with local distributors not to ship directly into their territory. But you can contact JBR, Inc. for shipments to Canada and Go Green for shipments into Korea. Q: What images can a retailer use from Charlie's Soap?
A: Media for publications can be made available upon request. Note that Charlie's Soap is a registered trademark. It cannot be altered in any way or used except to promote the Charlie's Soap brand. As product images change, new photos will be made available for your publications.
Q: Can a vendor order Charlie's Soap in bulk and fill it for sale?
A: A vendor may order bulk product and filled containers. Customers may bring back their sanctioned Charlie's Soap containers for refill from your bulk stock. A vendor may not order Charlie's Soap bulk product and fill it into its own containers labeled as "Charlie's Soap" for resale. Please contact us if you have interest in your own OEM label.
